Official Giveaway Rules & Policy

2000 Honda Civic Giveaway

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by EvolutionSpeedUS (“Sponsor”). This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on April 16th, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST and ends on November 1st, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST ("Giveaway Period"). Giveaway will end sooner when participant list fills up before the stated end date. Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. Prizes

First Place: One (1) winner will receive a 2000 Honda Civic (“First Place Prize”). The vehicle is awarded as-is, with no warranties, express or implied. The First Place winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, title, registration, insurance, and any other costs associated with accepting the vehicle.

Second Place: One (1) winner will receive a cash prize of based on final sales number.

Third Place: One (1) winner will receive free entries into the next giveaway or possible cash prize.

All prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions.

5. How to Enter

A. Primary Method of Entry (Purchase Method)

Participants may enter by purchasing a digital art item from the Sponsor’s website at https://EvolutionSpeedUS.com during the Giveaway Period.
Each qualifying digital art purchase equals one (1) entry, unless otherwise stated.

B. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY – Mail-In Entry

No purchase is required to enter or win.

To enter without making a purchase, handwrite your:

  • Full Name

  • Mailing Address

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 1st, 2026 to be eligible.
Mail-in entries receive one (1) entry and have equal odds of winning as purchase-based entries.

Mail-In Entry Limitation

Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person and per household. Multiple mail-in entries received from the same person or household will be disqualified.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted within 3 days after the Giveaway Period ends or sooner if participant list is full. Multiple announcements will be made as to the progress of the list during the giveway so everyone has a fair chance to enter. 
The winner will be notified via email and/or phone. If the selected winner does not respond within [48–72] hours, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Verification

Winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where lawful) a publicity release before receiving the Prize.

9. Publicity

By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to:

  • Disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or violates these rules

  • Cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion

11. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human error. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any liability related to participation or acceptance of the Prize.

12. Governing Law

The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.

13. Winner Information

The winner’s first name, last initial, and state will be announced on the Sponsor’s website and/or social media within a reasonable time after winner verification.
